Do you deliver to private addresses?

Yes, you can have your ink and toner delivered to your private address. Due to the weight of some products, we may use a courier for sending larger items or express deliveries.

What happens if I am not in at the time of delivery?

Most delivery companies will usually try you several times. They may leave your parcel in a safe place which is very often with a neighbour. If they do this, they usually put a card through your door so you know where it is.

Are my payments secure?

We use WorldPay and PayPal for taking card payments online. You will be forwarded to one of these payment providers during the checkout process. They are experts in processing cards. Your card details are kept with these companies and they only send us a transaction number, so even we do not know your card number!

Can I phone to place an order?

Yes. We will take your order over the phone. Having the product codes handy is a great help and can ensure you get the expected products, though this is not essential. Card details will be asked for during the call to process your payment.
